Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Commissioning Engineer to join our team, working on new data hall construction sites across Europe. This role focuses on commissioning, testing, and optimizing HVAC systems, including Test and Balance (TAB) and load testing, to meet stringent design and performance standards in line with BSRIA and CIBSE guidelines. • Perform HVAC Test and Balance (TAB), including static and dynamic pressure readings, airflow measurements, and system performance tests to optimize cooling and ventilation for data centres.
  • Execute load testing to verify HVAC system performance under operational conditions, meeting data centre reliability requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during commissioning, collaborating with site teams, contractors, and clients.
  • Adhere to Safe Work Procedures (SPAs), Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS), and working-at-height permits, prioritizing safety on high-risk construction sites.
  • Prepare detailed commissioning reports and documentation for system performance, TAB, and load testing, meeting BSRIA and CIBSE reporting requirements.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and data centre operators to meet project deadlines.
  • Travel to data hall construction sites across the Netherlands, Germany, Sweden, France, and Spain.
